Why Choose a Multi-Head Granite Polishing Line?

Our HLMJX Series multi-head polishing line is designed around industrial production needs – not just polishing power. Performance depends on machine rigidity, abrasive configuration, conveyor speed, pressure, cooling, and process control working together.

Multi-Head Continuous Processing – Heads divide grinding and polishing into successive stages, enabling continuous coarse-to-fine processing without manual rework.

Adjustable Conveyor Speed – Tailor speed to granite hardness, slab thickness, surface condition, abrasive sequence, and finish targets – giving you control over throughput vs. quality.

PLC-Based Production Control – Centralized interface manages key parameters, ensuring repeatable conditions across shifts and material batches.

Automatic Slab Profile Detection – Detects slab geometry at the entrance, reducing unnecessary abrasive contact and supporting consistent processing across the slab surface.

Centralized Lubrication – Automatic system supplies lubrication to critical components – reducing manual work and supporting long-term mechanical reliability.

Water Cooling & Debris Removal – Continuous circulation controls heat and removes stone particles, maintaining abrasive performance and stable surface quality during long runs.

Designed for Granite and Other Stone Materials

The granite line polish machine can be configured for different stone-processing requirements by matching suitable polishing heads and abrasives.

Granite Slabs: Designed for continuous grinding and polishing of hard natural granite surfaces.

Marble: With appropriate abrasive selection and processing parameters, the line can also be configured for marble surface finishing.

Quartz & Engineered Stone: Suitable configurations can be used for engineered stone and quartz materials where consistent polishing pressure and process control are important.

How the Granite Polishing Line Works

Slab Loading → Profile Detection → Coarse Grinding → Intermediate Grinding → Fine Grinding → Polishing → Surface Inspection → Unloading

The granite slab enters the line through the feeding system and passes sequentially through multiple grinding and polishing heads. Each stage uses an appropriate abrasive level to progressively remove surface irregularities and improve surface smoothness and gloss.

The final configuration depends on the stone material, slab condition, target finish and required production rate.

How Many Polishing Heads Do You Need?

The number of polishing heads should be selected according to production volume rather than simply choosing the largest model.

Production Requirement

Recommended Direction

Small to medium production

8–12 heads

Regular industrial production

12–16 heads

High-volume slab production

16–20 heads

Large-scale continuous production

20–24 heads

FAQ

Q: Can the conveyor speed be adjusted?

A: Yes. The conveyor speed is adjustable, allowing operators to balance processing efficiency and surface-finish requirements according to the material and abrasive sequence.

Q: Does the machine require continuous water supply?

A: Yes. Water is used during grinding and polishing for cooling and removal of stone particles. Water consumption varies according to the machine configuration.

Q: What information should I provide for a quotation?

A: Please provide:

  • Stone type
  • Slab size
  • Thickness
  • Expected production volume
  • Required finish
  • Factory location
  • Desired automation level

This information helps us recommend the appropriate machine configuration.

Q: What types of warranty services do you offer?

A: The standard warranty period is 12 months. After delivery, remote technical support and spare parts assistance services are available.

Q: What payment terms are available?

A: We support common trade terms such as FOB, EXW, and CIF. The specific payment schedule should be confirmed in the quotation and proforma invoice.
