Eight Heads for Sequential Edge Processing
The HLCM-8E80 is equipped with 8 grinding heads, designed to divide the finishing process into successive stages. Instead of relying on a single abrasive tool to handle both material removal and polishing, the workpiece progresses through a dedicated sequence:
Initial Grinding → Profile Formation → Intermediate Grinding → Fine Grinding → Polishing

One Production Line for Multiple Stone Materials
HLCM-8E80 is suitable for processing granite, marble, quartz stone and artificial stone. However, different materials require different parameter settings for processing.
Granite: Hard and abrasive. Pay particular attention to diamond tooling selection, tool wear, grinding pressure, feed speed, water supply, and polishing sequence.
Marble: Requires careful control of edge geometry and polishing quality, especially for premium decorative applications.
Quartz / Engineered Stone: Formulations and aggregate composition vary significantly. Tool compatibility and sample testing should be confirmed before production.
Other Engineered Materials: For ceramics, sintered stone, or similar materials, tooling and processing sequence should be validated against the actual material – not assumed from natural-stone experience.
