5 Axis CNC Stone Bridge Cutting Machine

The HYNC-550 PLUS 5 Axis CNC Stone Bridge Cutting Machine is designed for stone fabricators that need more than conventional straight slab cutting.

A stone workshop may receive a mixture of countertop orders, sink openings, miter joints, stair components and customized panels.The HYNC-550 PLUS is designed to handle these different jobs without relying on a separate machine for every operation.

Cutting: Straight, diagonal, circular, arc and curved-surface cutting.

Bevel & Miter: The blade tilts from 0–90° for angled cutting and 45° miter applications.

Drilling & Milling: The 5.5kW electric spindle supports drilling, milling and engraving operations.

Slab Handling: The working table can tilt up to 85°, making loading and unloading easier.

The integrated camera captures the slab profile and provides visual information for cutting-path planning and nesting. This helps operators position the required shapes according to the actual slab rather than relying entirely on manual measurement.

Large stone slabs can be difficult to reposition manually, particularly when processing multiple components on the same workpiece.

The HYNC-550 PLUS can be equipped with vacuum suction cups for moving and securing slabs on the worktable.This helps reduce manual handling during setup and provides more controlled positioning before CNC processing begins.

The HYNC-550 PLUS is not limited to saw-blade operations.Its integrated electric spindle allows the machine to perform:

The HYNC-550 PLUS uses an Italian ESA control system for CNC operation.

The control system coordinates the machine's linear and rotary movements, allowing operators to manage different cutting angles and processing paths through the CNC interface.

Saw & Spindle Testing: The main cutting system and 5.5kW electric spindle are tested under operating conditions.

Camera & Positioning Check: The camera system and slab-positioning functions are checked before shipment.

Final Machine Run: The complete machine is operated before packing to identify abnormal mechanical, electrical or control issues.
