5+1 Axis CNC Bridge Saw

The HYNC560 5+1 Axis CNC Bridge Saw is designed for stone fabrication workshops that need more than conventional slab cutting.Combining 5-axis CNC cutting with an independent 5.5 kW electric spindle, the machine can handle cutting, beveling, drilling, milling and engraving operations within one integrated platform.

This machine combines a 5-axis cutting system with an independent machining spindle, moving beyond straight-line cutting to handle complex stone geometries and secondary operations in a single setup.

5-Axis Cutting System: Supports straight, angled, bevel, curved, circular, and customized contour cutting for diverse stone shapes.

+1 Independent Spindle: Adds drilling, milling, engraving, and selected shaping operations without requiring a separate machine.

Unlike basic bridge saws, the HYNC560 includes a camera function as standard equipment. It captures the actual slab image and helps your operator establish the cutting layout directly from the physical material.

Particularly useful for:

• Natural stone veins and irregular patterns
• Multiple countertop components nested on one slab
• Sink cutouts and complex nesting layouts
• Customized architectural pieces

Stone processing involves continuous exposure to water and abrasive slurry, making rust prevention a key factor in machine longevity. The HYNC560 features a galvanized machine body, providing an extra layer of corrosion resistance for long-term workshop operation.

For lasting performance, we also recommend:

• Regular slurry cleaning from machine surfaces
