Block Multi Wire Saw Machine

The Block Multi Wire Saw Machine is designed for stone processing plants that need to convert large marble and granite blocks into multiple slabs efficiently and consistently.

Our multi-wire saw approaches this differently from conventional single-cut systems. Multiple parallel diamond wires divide the block simultaneously, creating a set of slabs with the same programmed thickness – ideal for plants producing large quantities of standard-thickness marble and granite slabs.

Multiple cuts in one cycle: The block is divided into many slabs simultaneously.

Consistent slab spacing: Wire positioning directly determines target slab thickness.

Repeatable block processing: The same production setup applies to successive blocks.

The HYMW series is designed around standard 20 mm and 30 mm slab thicknesses, with diamond wires arranged according to the required slab spacing. Adjustable wire speed and controlled wire tension adapt the cutting process to different stone conditions.

When dozens of diamond wires are operating simultaneously, wire management becomes a key factor in the performance of the equipment. The HYMW series employs an independent wire tensioning system with a tension range of 180–220 kg per wire. The wire speed can be adjusted between 20–35 m/s according to the type of stone and the cutting requirements.

Built-in protection:

The machine incorporates an automatic broken-wire alarm and rapid processing system – allowing operators to identify wire-related problems during production rather than relying solely on manual inspection.

Select the Block
Confirm block dimensions, stone type, structural condition, and target slab specification.

Position the Block
Load and secure the block according to the machine's feeding configuration.

Set the Slab Specification
Determine required slab thickness and configure wire arrangement accordingly.

Start Multi-Wire Cutting
Multiple diamond wires cut the block simultaneously – not slab by slab.

Monitor the Cutting Process
Wire tension, wire speed, cooling, and machine operation are monitored throughout the cycle.

Move Slabs to Downstream Processing
After cutting, slabs proceed to resin treatment, calibration, polishing, inspection, and packaging.
